Located within a mile of both North Shore Beaches (Steps) and the top of Main Street, this vacation home very attractive for renters interested in being close to these attractions, yet have outdoor space and a yard. Between the house and garage apartment, there are 5 bedrooms. Within the house, the living and dining areas open up to the back patio which further expands your leisure and entertaining space.
First Floor:
The bright entry has a formal sitting room with fireplace immediately off to the right and the stairway up to the bedroom floors to the left. The casual living area is just beyond and includes a fireplace and desk area. The room is filled with light from large windows and patio doors that lead to the outside sitting area. The dining area, surrounded by windows, is right next to the fully appointed kitchen. The layout has a wonderfully open and very livable feel.
Second Floor:
Two comfortable guest rooms share a hall bath with shower. The Master bedroom is spacious and includes a fireplace, a large walk in closet and bathroom with tub and shower.
Third Floor:
This floor has a bedroom with a private bathroom and shower.
